Still needs to get past the senate, and the President. Not against it, but Congress has higher level issues to be dealing with, but thanks to pelosi, this is about all they'll get done before they leave town for the rest of the year.

It's 25% reparations shit including nebulous stuff like health care and youth recreation.

25% gibs to anyone who is low income and has ever held or had a family member hold any conviction or arrest for any controlled substance, i.e. payments to their footsoldiers.
The last 5% is "legalization," which ought to be accomplished by just removing it from the controlled substances list.

I don't think I'd say that's the worst part, forcing states to add quota-laden agencies to their small business loan agencies is huge. Pretty sure the "health services" is an attempt to sneak Planned Parenthood funding in via another back door.

We have much bigger things to worry about than this.
