My bro-in-law is a retired Navy officer who moved to Seattle 15 years ago and has been drinking my sister's cool-aid too long (I kind of set y'all up for wisecracks with that last part). He's finally willing to consider "evidence" about the election. I think what got him to this point was my comment "I can't believe you risked your life for 25+ years to defend ANY cheating in elections".

Where would you start? What info would you avoid?

P.S. I've watched most of the testimony online and am here 80% of my waking hours, so I'm extremely familiar with what's out there. Trying to make my one chance effective.

Start with the GA ballots under the table testimony & video evidence. It's the most damning evidence so far with a visual representation.

I was thinking that would be the finale, build up to the video evidence. Start with the smoking gun?

Yes start with the smoking gun so everything else afterwards is an aha moment https://youtu.be/cbTSUkA8xgI

Republicans win all 27 Toss Ups, In GA - the difference between Only Trump votes (no down ticket) was 818. Biden only was 95,801. If that doesn't convince him, give up

Point out the counting of the same ballots in the GA video and stress that they lied publicly about a water main break. And that at that time Biden received 98% of the vote.

Statistics is the most convincing thing for me, but it may be too abstract for most people. I would keep it simple like bellwether counties almost all voting for trump and how biden under-performed Hillary almost everywhere aside from these big counties in swing states where he over-performed. Good place to start

I'll remind him that he has a Masters in Biology so he can't play dumb about statistics.

I would gather a few points (and websites) to discuss. I’d stick to showing the Biden vote dumps, and the changes made to State Election law (illegal changes) by the Governors and judges of the various states, and what those changes have meant. (Signature Verification, Absentee Ballots, Extended time to receive absentee ballots, no post mark needed...)

Additionally, just point out the efforts to block Republican poll watchers and challengers. There is plenty of stories of that happening.

Good luck.

This may help too. Pretty informative.

Pray that his eyes are opened. Challenge him to spend one hour on The Donald and then tell you what he thinks.

Haha! Our text exchange this morning, which was quite civil by the way, he kept commenting about 30 lawsuits dismissed, no evidence, past studies show minimal evidence of election fraud. My reply to each message was "Have you taken time to watch any of the testimony other than what may have been presented on TV?" He never answered and after four copy/pasta responses finally agreed to talk tomorrow .

i keep hearing about these lawsuits. no one seems to have any idea what they were. rudy said that his team had only filed 3 or 4 things, none dismissed. also he said that of the dismissed cases most of them were dismissed based on standing, which doesnt mean the calim is baseless.

Agree. Asked him to show me ONE case that was dropped for lack of evidence (hint: there have been no evidentiary hearings so far). He sent a WaPo article from 2017 about election fraud.

Definitely the bellwether counties and the fact biden won almost half the number of counties obama did
