I disagree on the last line thinking, the last line is the ballot box. What makes you think the runoff is going to be anything different. If Purdue were smart, he would fill the courts with lawsuits and not even have a runoff (there's 51). There's enough appearance of impropriety to get it tossed. Why should there even be a runoff for his seat if the election is tainted? This is a losing strategy, you are playing on the democrats ground this way.
