Just a question, should the worst happen on the 14'th, which is in 10 days. Are we truly lost if that happens?

Except when one senator and one house member disputes, it goes into a 2 hour arguments between House and Senate, and has to have a unanimous decision between the two. Its not just one House member, one senator and the VP.

Having a dispute is only a chance at invalidating that states electoral votes. Not a guarantee.

If Biden were to weasel his way in, then it would be the duty of the people to overthrow the oppressing government and establish a new one.

Literally page one of the Constitution.

I can't live with it either, but are there no other options if that happens?

I saw something here earlier where when they goto DC 1 house member and 1 senator have to object to the states EC vote and there's a 2 hour debate for each time its done. The senate may vote to reject them, I doubt the house would. So it maybe more theatrics. Fraud cannot be allowed to stand.

After the EC meets we're relying on the SC to take a case or VP Pence not to allow the Democrat slates in swing states to count. We really need the Republican legislatures to meet and appoint the Trump slates. That's why I was saying you need to melt the phone lines of the legislatures and hold rallies at the state capitols. So far the SC has shown no interest in taking the cases. Bottom line, do you trust VP Pence to refuse to seat the Democrat slate? If not, you need to get everyone you know online and offline to start calling and emailing.

It's going to happen, they're going to meet unless the SC takes up a case. It looks like they may not be willing to do that. I'd be calling them too.
