Is it twice a day for two hours, every day (and what times)? Are there more episodes some days and fewer others? Weekdays only? Different times on weekends?

Between the streams, rebroadcasts and multiple platforms it’s on, I’m just having a hard time nailing it down. Thanks a lot.
