"DPB" is supposed to be "DBB," apparently my typo edits didn't take. As far as "what the hell it is," the description in the picture does a pretty good job of explaining it.
gotcha, so far just seen the MS paint red X's, haven't seen any source that backs up the MS paint image.

A lot of what's been posted here is from twitter with a number of different individuals talking about it. Apparently the WH sent out a form email to these people saying "If you're getting this email, your board appointment has been terminated," or something pretty close to that. People are saying this was abrupt and these terminations were not the result of terms simply running out. That's about the sum of what I took away from it. The move is being interpreted as more DoD housecleaning. Search is inop, obviously, but one should be able to find some of these posts with top > hourly and top > daily.
I don't know who any of these people are, why they're relevant, why Trump would want the X'd ones gone, or why he'd want to keep the other ones.
Yeah, I guess I'm just curious what "housecleaning" really means.... why these... why not the other ones, etc. Who knows, but I'm sure time will tell us more.
