As I watched this video something jumped out at me in that we not able to see an actual UPS driver in uniform. I don't want to start something that isn't there, but lately we've learned we have to question everything. Also, having been in the delivery industry for years, I've come across UPS drivers many times. These guys and gals HUSTLE. There is no messing around with them. I thought I heard that the people who shot the video followed the truck until the driver stopped for lunch. That is another thing I don't recall ever seeing a UPS driver do. They are moving all the time to get to all the stops on time.

Hopefully this link works. If not I'm sure you know what video I'm referring to.

UPS drivers definitely stop for lunch. In fact, they have union-mandated breaks that they get in trouble for if they skip.

That said, you are 100% right about hustle. When they're working, they're WORKING.

Also, it's not worth much because I don't know for sure one way or another, but when I first saw that video, my initial reaction was, "that truck looks like it's been out of service for a while." It's possible it is a retired truck that they found, purchased, "borrowed", whatever to try to cover their shady doings.

if it has UPS stickers on it then yes it is a real truck... none of the shipping companies, or really any company for that matter, will ever sell any of their trucks after they are done using them with any of the labels or stickers or decals still on them...

So if it says UPS on that truck then it's a UPS truck.

Stolen truck, maybe?

Or a vinyl wrap?

I totally agree in that in the real world, no business would release a vehicle with their graphics left on. However, albeit far fetched, would the liars and cheaters go as far to disguise themselves as UPS drivers to pull off their scam?

Is it possible that the it was not a real UPS truck picking up parcels at the SoS warehouse?

It is possible, but I haven't a clue how we can follow up on it.
