There were two cameras that likely saw the 'wreck'. I'm not an autist so I don't know if there is a way to get historic stills from a traffic cam. There is a live video feed of MM155 camera but I cannot get it to work on any device I have; I was able to get the video to play on Tor for a split second, and it appeared there was the ability to rewind the stream. It is the one on the big intersection below pooler (MM155)

I'm from Savannah originally so I am pretty familiar with the area and was able to find it from the article. These cameras saw it.
