Are you saying TDW stopped using Cloudflare? You know, the service that acts as a proxy, blocking DDOS attacks before they reach TDW?
Every time TDW has a problem, people start screeching DDOS! DDOS! probably because that is the only tech term they know.
Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but since TDW uses Cloudflare, those are not DDOS attacks. They are internal problems with the TDW servers themselves.
so basically this fag is wrong and types like he’s fresh off reddit. Cloudflare even states that Large DDOS can cause the site to go offline for a few minutes. you are correct, once a DDOS is detected the browser checks begin, which I received for about 5 minutes after.,
except a largescale DDOS can still take sites down for several minutes, cloudflare even states this. it wasn’t like the site crashed and lost all data. it was simply taken offline for a few minutes.

Or a DDOS attack.
don't think so.
when Cloudflare starts doing browser checks, THAT is the DDOS protection kicking in.
when we get the status page that says internet good, cloudflare good, server 50x, THAT is TDW issue.

....achtually
Correct. Site admins confirmed this before the election.
tl;dr
Yet you had time to post...

Like the site admins revealed in previous threads about this, it is due to host troubles, not a DoS.
