If I am connected to my internet, this site loads very slow, if at all. Any other site loads right up. When i disconnect and use my phone service provider, this site loads as usual. What the hell is that about? I'm talking out of my element, but something is going on.

We just uncovered a connection in todays assissination. Immediate DDOS, nothing strange about that.
Open up a command window and type
tracert www.thedonald.win
It will run three sets of packets along every hop between you and the server and tell you where the slow down is.

Are you saying when you have local wifi on for internet and it is slow and when you go cellular/4g only it is normal? Difficult to test on phone, but there are apps you can download that will do a traceroute. Just grap one of those apps and put in thedonald.win. It will respond in milliseconds and where ever the hold up is will have a very high number.
Yes. The site loads faster on my phones ATT 4g service than it does on my wifi. Wifi will not load half the time but works fine for other sites. I've reset my router twice and tested my download speeds. Nothing is outta wack. I'll try 1 of those apps out and see what I find.
