Expected. No lower court is going out on a limb to decide the election. Just kick it to a higher court. Let them take the heat. This was going to SCOTUS from day one.

Correct. So, this does not matter. They were only a stepping stone on the way to SCOTUS anyway.

Help me understand how the following gets tossed:

-Almost 8k ballots cast by voters with addresses that are physically non-existent -Appx 15k voters registered to vacant or commercial properties that cast ballots -2,468 votes by voters that legally changed their address to another state or country -Appx 42k voters who voted twice in NV -Appx 1,500 voters listed as deceased by the SSA -Almost 20k NV voters with a non NV mailing address -Appx 6k USPS flags on vacant addresses

Dismissed with prejudice means it can get appealed immediately rather than amended and brought back.

Does “with prejudice” mean it cannot be appealed?

10
WeAreTheKraken 10 points ago +10 / -0

No, just means they can't bring it to that court again without cause.

Good info, thanks! Hoping we knock it out of the park beyond a shadow of a doubt in higher courts.

Nope, just that the case can’t be amended and refiled. We want to move upwards so this is a stepping stone for us.

Yes but that only applies to state courts.

Bringing cases in state courts is a waste of time. Judges there are real political hacks. Federal court isn’t much better but there is a better chance there since they are appointed for life.
