Pedes, first have faith that POTUS and his legal team are competent, capable, and motivated. ALL of them. Second, realize that POTUS has been aware AND planning for this moment for more than 2 years. His Sept Executive Order on Election Interference is proof of this

Everyone is worried about the hard dates for electors, inauguration, etc. Don't be. I am not at 64D level chess mastery, as our POTUS is, however I am very familiar with his tactics, have read Art of the Deal, and use many of the same tactics everyday in my profession. Read on -

What is happening right now with the court cases is basic sleight of hand. Much like the magician on stage drawing your attention to the left hand while working his "magic" with the right, POTUS is doing the exact same thing.

Explained:

1. The court cases that are all in various stages are designed to do two things. First, POTUS knows much like in 2000, all the lower level courts had an almost certainty to dismiss "with prejudice" before getting to SCOTUS. This gives the left a false sense of hope, while also keeping pedes AMPED. This is good for POTUS. Second, it gets in-front of the public the accurate information relating to fraud/abuse/lies/corruption the left is using to steal the election, while also exposing the RINO's who are unwilling to stand up against it. This is also good for POTUS. This is the left hand. This is also correlates to tactics in AotD.

2. While all of this is taking place, it keeps the left constantly on guard, expending resources, media having to produce stories, "Oh look ANOTHER case Trump lost!", "Oh look Judge ruled NO EVIDENCE!". Why does this matter? WHAT IS THE RIGHT HAND DOING? Well, for that we go to the previously mentioned EO. As we speak, the Director of National Intelligence is completing his report, due to POTUS and other department heads by "Not later than 45 days after the election." You see no mention of this in the media. You hear no "leaks" of what is contained in this report. Because everyone is looking at the left hand.

Well, why does that matter, you say? What would it matter what the report said?

Take heart pedes. The EO gives us the answer again -

"The report shall identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted. The report shall also include updates and recommendations, when appropriate, regarding remedial actions to be taken by the United States Government, other than the sanctions described in sections 2 and 3 of this order."

Everyone is missing that last little bit there - "OTHER THAN THE SANCTIONS..."

This is a masterful crafting of order that many have missed. Everyone is saying, well the initial report is due approx. on Dec 17-18th, but then it's got another 45 days and by then we're screwed. NOT SO FAST.

Explained:

1. After the initial DNI report drops to POTUS, per the EO -

"Sec. 2. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security:"

2. Layman's terms: DNI has to provide POTUS the report no later than 45 days after the election. 45 days after that, the department heads have to review it and provide recommendations on all the stuff found in the report, and outline all the stuff they cant agree on - OTHER THAN the stuff in section 2. The stuff in section 2 is up to POTUS to decide on.

My opinion here pedes, and feel free to rebuke - If my interpretation is correct, I think we all know what's going to be in the DNI's report. If that report is inline with what we all believe it should read, effectively POTUS has control of any property found to be used to cause interference. I wonder what he'll do with that property? Dec. 18th frens, this is the date we should be looking forward to. Until then, let not your heart be troubled, and HOLD THE LINE!
