Who's willing to bet that if RBG were still alive and it were a 5-4 Roberts liberal court the SCOTUS would happily do political theater for us and make about a dozen artificially close 5-4 rulings against us? Now that they can't do that anymore so they are just ignoring us completely.

like i said, i hope you are right. he won every single STATE SUPREME COURT CASE. florida supreme court was all dems. there was nothing like the backstabbing by republican legislators, governors, and 'conservative' federal judges like what is happening right now.

i don't see it and like i said i hope you are right and i am wrong
