Very concise letter that might actually reach him instead of overwhelm him. Nice work.

Nope! If a pastor deems their church is not essential then there's no need to go back to it.

Find a new church that believes in covenant living and the saints communion.

I find it hard to believe that Jesus would have told his followers to not worship due to, um idk leprosy? He had a trust in God and the majority of Christian “leaders” today do not.

Organized religion is compromised.

Revelations talks about a 'great falling away' in the end days.... could easily see it happening in first world countries with 'comfortable Christianity'

I'm not talking about Satanic cultists like LGBT pedos. They aren't on our team and we know them by their fruits... I'm talking about Christians who live a conservative Christian lifestyle but decide to stop holding the line and join the enemy when persecution becomes too much... I would argue the bar is much lower in first world countries where people live better than any other time in existence. Just take it away. Subject them to communism, globalism, natural disasters and the worst of all that entails.

Most don't have the patience, strength, and faith of Job. They will 'curse God and die' as Satan and all Jobs friends and wife succinctly put it... thats what i mean about a great falling away. It's a test. We should all pray to remain faithful.

Keep doing good and we'll catch up later!

The thing is, these are not the end days. At least, not biblically.

If you look back, for centuries everyone has tried to point to every adversity we have collectively faced as a civilization as "the end days".

So take heart that at least we'll get through one way or another.

Yeah, we have a few more things to get through...

i do think we've got the beginnings of birth pains though. Things aren't the worst they've ever been in the history of the world yet.... so something substantial is still missing

I stopped giving to my church based on their closing. Our state allowed worship for weeks before they finally reopened. They reopened at such a small scale that rather than the normal 300 people in a normal service they’re only allowing 32. A family has a max of 4 people. So yeah, bring on the church of RedPillidians!

Interesting. I found his use of "allow" strange, like he thinks too highly of himself.

The flock that doesn't gather together scatters. In regards of Covid Hysteria 2 Tim 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Writing letters like that makes me think you are capable of forming sermons on your own and leading your own flock.

Hopefully a man haha

Got a letter from my pastor today with an envelope for a donation and telling people to call now to make a reservation for limited spots for Christmas Mass. A second letter and envelope asking for donation to keep the school open. Religious leaders like small business owners need to rise up against this. Why are politicians ignoring their mandates? Maybe they know the truth,

With all due respect, you're more likely to get a positive response from a pastor by engaging in a discussion. Infodumping stuff, even if it's true, is a quick and easy way to get written of as a conspiracy nut and have all future opinions discarded. Mutual respect is how change comes about, not through knockout punches.

Er, yes, like how Jesus was. The Bible tells us how to interact with our brothers and sisters in Christ. It's clear that God values kindness and respect.
