You can flash a computer to an image in about 20 mins and you can do 22 of them simultaneously with enough people and with a network based deployment you could do it faster.

How much these machines will tell you now is limited.

If i was doing it i would run a dummy election, like dominion do in test runs, and make it as precise as it needed to be, save an image of that os and install over the network and nobody will ever notice.

Machine in question never move and their screens never come on but at some point during the day / night over the last few weeks those network cards would have gotten hot.

Network based deployment tools like this are common.

Maliciousness tools also exist and sadly most of them were made by 3 letter agency's.

I would also assume the drive would be scrubbed over and over to cover tracks, its all possible.

Or it could have been done through the Intel ME engine and you will literally never be able to find malicious code on any machine only an error in the database results, eg a glitch.

This is the cleanest way to do it and if i was a betting man...
