We already won. Let's go celebrate with the president.

Stay loud and stay pissed.

Failing is not an option. If we fail we'll never get another chance to stop these traitorous commies from stealing the country.

Now or never gentlemen.

In many ways all the odds are against us. The swamp has grown for decades and has permeated federal, state, local governments, the media, pop culture, education, and partnered with criminal elements nationwide.

This is a huge moment in our country's history. If we lose then the victors will inscribe in the history books that the last four years were just an unfortunate anomaly to be left in the graveyard along with the rest of our "overrated" freedoms.

I seem to remember looking at the results coming in on election night and noting that Trump was doing unusually well in Delaware. To the point that I actually looked manu times to see the updates there.

GhettoRothschild 64 points ago +65 / -1

Why don’t poll-watchin’ pedes just register as Democrats so they can actually see what’s happening and keep things in check? Undercover MAGA. I mean, it’s a simple idea and there might be reasons this wouldn’t work—just throwing it out there.

32
F22-Raptor-007 [S] 32 points ago +32 / -0

Yes I have been wondering this for a month. It's shocking to me that not one seemed to do that.

Any for that matter, why did none sneak in cameras. I doubt they physically checked people coming into the center, although I guess it's possible they put them through metal detectors.

OGTD1 15 points ago +15 / -0

We all have jobs man. But it was a wake up call for a ton of us. When I voted in ‘16 the black guy scanning the ballots had an Obama hat on (deep blue area). That should have been my wake up call not to trust these dishonest people.

12
K-Harbour 12 points ago +12 / -0

The Dems with government/school jobs have a pretty good lock on the Dem watcher positions. They make sure they know who everybody is in the room.

You’d be right. The observers are usually people involved with local party politics. You can’t just say “I’m a commie, errr, Democrat” and expect to be let in. It would have to be a deep, long term undercover stake out.

OPERATION COVERT COMMIE!

7
Magazar 7 points ago +7 / -0 (edited)

Surely the fraud is not explicit to most of the party members. It is not like the DNC sends out a newsletter with fraud instructions. Given counting machines, you probably only need like 12-20 conspirators per state for "high level" fraud like the video shows in Georgia State Farm Arena?

Going undercover will probably expose "low intensity fraud" though, like unfair calls on borderline valid votes etc, or more explicit fraud, like counting mail-in ballots without return address.

6
WhoBuiltTheCagesJOOO 6 points ago +6 / -0

They actually had closed door meetings to teach fraud. Multiple affidavits attesting to this.

If 230 straight up goes away, they will be held liable and can be sued for what their users put on their platform. Thus they are going to lock it down tighter than a Chinese concentration camp, and ethically cleanse anyone for the smallest of things.

3
K-Harbour 3 points ago +3 / -0

We need the recent court interpretation of 230 to be reversed.

The original 230 kept the companies from censoring.

3
NeverInterruptEnemy 3 points ago +3 / -0

Right, but here’s the issue, 230 already does not apply to publishers.

The key isn’t kill 230, it’s to verifiably establish Twitter/Facebook/YouTube are not platforms.

230 should exist for actually neutral platforms, The financial burden in lockdown should be placed on Twitter Facebook blah blah blah because people move away from them.

1
K-Harbour 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but that includes TDwin! All the platforms will be gobbled up by someone in bankruptcy.

2

6
Ganath 6 points ago +6 / -0

The court says otherwise. When the trump account banned people, the court ruled they couldn’t due to it being a digital town square, so to speak. Am I wrong about that ruling?

3
K-Harbour 3 points ago +3 / -0

I’m a computer scientist and technology/law historian.

A company does not have those rights when they tap in to the national communications infrastructure.

Such logic would mean Private Telephone Companies can refuse subscribers, drop subscribers, censor phone calls. That’s what was happening in the first decades of the telephone. Laws put a stop to that.

Even earlier, Ben Franklin put a stop to that very same thing in the transmission of content to remote printing presses and the distribution delivery of newspapers. His massive “internet” and censorship protection was such a huge pillar in our new form of government that he was recognized as one of the founding fathers.

We could — no, should — apply the laws of private telephone exchanges to social media collaboration providers. If our phone companies had added Facebook like services to our phones, before the wireless internet, we would have had all the protections already legally built in.

3
K-Harbour 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ahhh....NO!

This was decided long ago regarding private telephone companies....

....and even longer ago by Ben Franklin.

Folks have not been taught why Franklin was one of our founding fathers.

Franklin’s network was the equivalent of FaceBook, Twitter, Reddit of today.

His contribution to our Country was creating uncensored postal routes — a huge accomplishment — as all communications including newspapers and news to local printing presses went by post.

Use of the internet infrastructure (which are de facto the 21st century postal routes) does NOT give the courier the right to open your letter and add their own commentary.

And then people seek free alternatives that don't ban every single thing, and a new law can be written that protects smaller companies but not large monopolies.

1
K-Harbour 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem is section 230 worked great until a couple years ago, when some court re-interpreted it.

Eliminate 230 and every small outfit, including TD.win will get bankrupted in lawsuits. Then the small outfits will become controlled/owned by unfriendly forces.

Unfortunately he threw the case out "with prejudice" which means it can't go up the ladder. Apparently it cannot go to supreme court now (is what I am hearing)? Could be fake news but I am no lawyer.

4
supersecretaccount82 4 points ago +4 / -0

Do these judges actually say why they are dismissing the suits? Do they look at the 12 binders of affidavits and mathematical analysis and say there's no evidence, or are they dismissing them for some weird technicalities like late filing or no standing or something?

Want to remain optimistic but if Trump appointed judges aren't being persuaded then I worry about SCOTUS.

Watched the video. In total the Trump team is alleging ~64,000 disqualifiable ballots. The current gap in votes is 34,000, so if they are successful in invalidating these ballots they would necessarily need to be almost entirely Biden ballots to close the gap. Trump would need to have no more than 23.4% of the ballots that are disqualified which is a tall order. I hope they are but I'm not aware of any demographics in Nevada that swung so heavily in Biden's favor. Would appreciate hearing from anyone that's looked more thoroughly at those votes.

There are only two options available to Trump: the SCOTUS option or the 'Lincoln' option.

All the legal/media drama you see now is just to prepare the masses, perhaps wake up a few more neutral folks and some Dems who still have their conscience intact.

Which of the two will Trump pick? It's a coin toss, we'll find out.

1
F22-Raptor-007 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

He doesn't really get to "pick" the SCOTUS option. Either they pick it up, or they don't.
