Alito kicked the PA case back to PA, and so far no indication that 4 of them will vote to take any of the cases. We have 4 days left until electors are selected and 10 days until they vote to certify Biden.
Didn't Alito give Dem Opposition until Dec. 9th to file a response on a SCOTUS case??? That's a day after Dec. 8th, meaning the state would officially be in "contested" status come "safe harbor day".

We'd be in much better shape if SCOTUS didn't feel the heat of flipping three to five elections at once. They might be able to stomach one with the momentum we would have. More than that is going to make them hesitate.
It's not so much that they are ruling no evidence, I think most of them are dismissing on some procedural thing and they are not even looking at the evidence. No one wants to touch this as it is the hottest potato of the century.
None of them want to rule on this and for expedience they are throwing the cases out which allows us to get to SCOTUS faster.. If they really wanted to fuck us over they would take the cases and string it out for 3-4 weeks.
