They're doing us a favor though. We can only get it to SCOTUS (the only place these cases actually matter) if we can get through the lower courts as quickly as possible.
Even if a judge rules in our favor, the Dems appeal it.
Alito kicked the PA case back to PA, and so far no indication that 4 of them will vote to take any of the cases. We have 4 days left until electors are selected and 10 days until they vote to certify Biden.
Didn't Alito give Dem Opposition until Dec. 9th to file a response on a SCOTUS case??? That's a day after Dec. 8th, meaning the state would officially be in "contested" status come "safe harbor day".
Let me know if I missed something or something new happened.
We'd be in much better shape if SCOTUS didn't feel the heat of flipping three to five elections at once. They might be able to stomach one with the momentum we would have. More than that is going to make them hesitate.
