Secretary of State needs to do that, right?

Annnd that would be Democrat Katie Hobbs, right?

It looks like Democrat Katie Hobbs is in office because of fraud. There hadn't been Democrat Secretary of State in Arizona since 1995, but somehow she pulls off a victory in 2018.

My God, the Democrats have made all the right moves in prepping for this theft.

Sec of State would need to do that. Could be compelled to via law passed by veto-proof super majority of legislatures though.

Just because a dem Sec of State won after 25 years of rep winning doesn't mean fraud. You're diluting the term when you use such baseless "evidence" to support your position.
