Election fraud is the highest of evils of any government which purport themselves to derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. Any perceived impropriety not properly assured is an existential threat to that government and people. It will become necessary to break political bonds when a system that allows the lies and treacherous conduct of election fraud go unpunished or ignored.
