As everyone knows, I'm a latino, because of my nickname, but you didn't know that I'm actually Peruvian. And I wanted to tell everyone on how fast the far-left acts to gain power. If you read the international news, last month Peru changed president, twice in a single week.
Firstly, Vizcarra, who was a terrible president and had the far-left (including the media) in his side, was impeached because of corruption. Then, the president of the Parlament, Manuel Merino, assumed the presidency, because Vizcarra didn't have a Vicepresident. And the protests against Merino started, mainly because of the far-left media, which blatantly lied that was a coup, and and far-left activists infiltrated their ideas and violence into it. These protests quickly converted into riots, at the same time the media was lying, by saying that were mostly peaceful protests, and the police were the ones who started the violence (BLM and Antifa PSTD).
So, 5 days passed, since the protests (and riots) against Merino started, and finally (for the left) two young rioters died, the media lied about the cause of death of these two, by saying that he police killed them. But there is a video of one of the dead rioters being killed, by a firework of another rioter. But, that didn't matter for the propaganda machine, and Merino had to resign, because his relatives were being threatened by far-left militants.
So, at the same day, the two biggest left wing parties, Frente Amplio (Wide Frontview), and el Partido Morado (Purple Party), and other parties proposed their list of interim president and lower positions. So, the Frente Amplio list was rejected, because of the head in the list, Rocío Silva Santisteban, was a symphatizer of a big Communist terrorist group Sendero Luminoso (Enlightened Pathway). The other lists were rejected, because of signature problems, except, for the list of the Purple Party, who had Francisco Sagasti in the head. So the Partlament didn't have another option, but upvoting that list.
So, who is Francisco Sagasti, my current president? he was one of the hostages of the Japanese embassy hostage crisis, by MRTA, another big Communist terrorist group. This motherfucker actually requested autographs from the MRTA terrorists, while being a hostage from them. His excuse was to remeber the history of terrorism, but why didn't he requested autographs from the other hostages? Don't ask questions.
Now, I have Sagasti as President, who did somethin that didn't have to do, but still did as the interim president of Peru, which their only role is to ensure fair and free election in Peru, which the presidential elections starts this April. Sagasti hired Rubén Bargas, the brother of a Communist terrorist, as the Interior Minister of Peru, who once again weaponized the death of the two rioters, in order to reform the Police Intitution, by putting his friend as the general of the police. It was a big scandal, to the point that the Interior Minister had to resign. I think that my interim president, Sagasti will do other far left infiltration in our institutions, even if he is the interim president, and his role is limited. And my people need to be pretty perceptual with this commie bastard.
"Give them an inch, and they will take a mile."
Good writeup OP. Are there any right wing parties in your country? Is the Shining Path group still around or what happened to them?
There are no really right wing parties in Peru, but the media and the far-left hates the APRA, and the Fuerza Popular (Popular Force), which are the most "right wing" parties. The founder of fuerza Popular, Keiko Fujimori, is the daughter of former president Alberto Fujimori, who captured the leader of the Shinig Path 28 years ago. But Alberto Fujimori signed the UN Beijing Pact in 1995, and forced sterilizations of women in isolated hill towns.
Forced sterilizations? Jesus Christ.
And sounds like y'all need your own Pinochet or Peron figure or at least a Bolso
The future of Peru is uncertain. Hopes it will not turn into another Spain, with their far-left parties, like Podemos, or the PSOE.
The USA is the country that changes the entire wold. If Trump wins the SCOTUS, then he will give the example to combat the Globalists. Fortunately, Brazil is giving the example in Latinamerica, with Bolsonaro.
Im brazilian Bolsonaro only got into power because the media was exposing the corrupt left that looted our country and yours too with odebrecht and other big companies.
And of course we got big rallies with more than one million people in multiple cities.
But now the dynamic is exactly the same as in the USA. The media only talks about how he is an horrible person, racist, homophobic, etc...
I can see a pattern everywhere.
yes pretty weird
Can you talk about Bolsonaro, he seems pretty interesting.
career politician of 30+ years and anti communist with ties to the military, i think he might be just a front man for the military inteligence
Thx, LSD. Sorry to hear that. You live in a beautiful country!
