That was an explosion, from a bomb. Think about it... most instances an accident will happen and cars take time to catch fire and typically anyone caught in that will be pulled out. The others involved were also burned, which seems that they were hit with the blast. Clear day out, optimal driving conditions, a trailer truck with no accelerants, a BMW and what appears to be the SUV. Most fuel tanks are very well guarded and closed. This was a bomb.

The car on the foreground right side had rear end damage, maybe fuel tank exploded, front of the car is not damaged by collision and tires still intact, did not burn. Where is the 3rd car,
