According to the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System Modernization Act of 2015, the system “shall not be used to transmit a message that does not relate to a natural disaster, act of TERRORISM, or other MAN-MADE DISASTER or THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY.” After all, social media is attempting to block this critical information from the public and MSM isn't covering it, calling it fake, or some bullshit (unsurprisingly).

The only Emergency Broadcast System alert I want to hear is "The Militia is Activated".

The intention of that wording is constructed to imply a direct, immediate threat to physical safety. Short answer: no.

Will it be used for something related to this? Probably.

Come after military departure from Afghanistan, Iraq, and now Somolia. Very good (and frightening) point.

I partially agree with you. The good thing is now we know the intentions of so called "on our side" politicians and judges (and Faux News...). The wheat is being separated from the chaff (Kemp, Crenshaw, backstabbing RINOS, etc).
