They usually have all the inventory already in their nest. They get an SBA loan since they are WOC they are automatically approved. They blow threw the cash in a few months and take all their inventory back home and repeat the process ad infinitum. Women like Ruby are typically on about 75 different welfare/assistance programs. They all work in the system and approve each other.

LLCs are quite cheap to make. Probably just a couple hundred bucks in filing fees if you don't get a lawyer. Not really a big deal...
