Stop thinking about it as some crazy predictive future Q plan and realize it’s a strategy to root out corruption. Not every corrupt person is a known quantity. How do you fight an invisible enemy? Take away their invisibility. Traitors gotta be seen committing treason before they can be routed out. Still, no plan or leader is perfect and some traitors a a lot better than others at hiding it. It takes time. This ain’t some action flick that gets wrapped in 90 mins. We are at war against established global interests and we are mostly alone. It’s no simple task. We will get to guns when it’s time. The process has to play out for it to work right.
