Don't know if a signature audit also encompasses checking for dead voters, ineligible residents, etc. But maybe signature verification alone is enough to flip. I think that is what Trump said. If they sample 1000 signatures and find 1% invalid votes that will lead to a full signature audit.
Don't know if a signature audit also encompasses checking for dead voters, ineligible residents, etc.
