It shows them sliding the bins under the table. At the hearing the lady said they didn't know when the bins went under the table.

It's not a sticking point anyway, because state law requires observers to be present during counting, the moment they left, for whatever reason including their own volition, the staff had no right to keep counting.
The video clearly shows they idled until the last person was out of view, then jumped into action like bank robbers on a clock.
That actually doesn't seem to be accurate, for what it's worth. GA law says observers must be allowed, but not that they are required. Apparently there are very often rural counties where observers just don't show up, and it's not illegal since it's only permitted and not mandatory. We have plenty to go on in this without that.
