When I walked in and got my ID checked they gave me a sticker with a number before I even cast my ballot. This sticker corresponded to a specific machine to insert my ballot into. All machines had their specific number clearly marked. I don’t think this was a mechanism for fraud. Seemed pretty random to me and more so everyone doesn’t put the ballot in the same machine and fill it up too fast.
