The fraud seems to be being revealed from the most obvious to least. I wouldn't discount that they might try something like this, in addition to all the other games they played with our votes. It all needs to be revealed, no matter how complex or speculative. Every method of cheating needs to be on full display.
When I voted I was separated into sections based on last name. It was obviously just a way to keep the massive line moving and organized.
This could be as simple as, odd numbers go here, even numbers go there, to keep it relatively even.
