The long road to the point of 44BC, meant many corruptions of the Republic. The method of crossiing the Rubicon with his troops wasn't going to fix the Roman Republic; as the structural problems couldn't be fixed by troops or centralized power like that. In fact, by using troops it puts an even greater strain on the Republic, like a heavy snowload on a weakened house.

You may not give this any value, but I had a vivid dream a little while ago that I believe is prophetic. First, I will as briefly as possible describe it and second, I will give my interpretation of it:
I walk into a room. It's mostly white. There's a bunch of broken dark blue glass on the floor in the middle of the room. It's from a broken bulb in the ceiling. I pull out the bulb and look at it. It has little pieces of broken blue glass still sticking out of the metal base.
The DemonRat party will be destroyed. The remnants get un-plugged/scrutinized. (it could be just B/H lose, but TBH, doesn't fit as well)
Fun fact - I was doubting myself. Had another dream - something harmless, funny, and TBH meaningless other than the funny connotation. But the very next day, the thing that was funny about that dream happened to me.
