Secondary if there's martial law, then that means officers are very busy and too busy to serve warrants or keep the peace (like watching Free Kyle video) it will be rooftop Koreans again.
Fourth, like the summer of VLM/Antifa riots or vivid lockdowns, such times are windows of time where lots of BBC ad stuff goes on unreported or uninvestigated like murders in nursing homes or price gouging/etc.
I am aware of the potential consequences, that is how bad of a shape I think we are in. If cheating only gets a slap on the wrist they will keep trying until they win and then no more republic anyway.
