Please get rid of the counters for posts and comments. That’s something that Reddit did and commies try to achieve high numbers to validate their horrible pathetic useless lives. Don’t give them the satisfaction.
I like being able to show my appreciation for people who post smart, funny, and informative posts. It's MAGA to support our fellow pedes with an updoot.
While I get where you're coming from they are helpful to find posts that people really like, and you might be interested in.
I saw one suggestion to keep votes for each post but not have a total count on your profile, that sounds like best of both worlds to me
^to my first comment, notice upvotes on your post lets you know people agree.. so they do have utility.
This exactly!!! Keep them queue based on up votes but don’t give individual usernames upvotes for the post.
Upvotes and comment votes are Reddit 2.0...people want the truth here....they could give a shit less who has votes. Those ‘votes’ are really just another commie mechanism to earn trust. People see through that bs.
