press a button whenever they talk, act like you dont hear the noise be VERY polite and apologetic, If they get angry ask to speak with their manager. ( this one REALLY pisses them off, has ended with them calling me back to cuss me out, which of course just leads to more button pressing)
lead them on with fake answers, really drag out the call pretending not to understand the questions.
learn how to say "I dont speak english, do you have a _______ translator in 4 or 5 foreign accents. Keep telling each translator this in a different accent.
just be abnoxiously condescending the whole time.
keep putting them on hold. Use a believable excuse then escalate to longer and longer excuses that are still believable. Try to get to 2m long excuse.
complain that you cant hear them they are too quiet, try to get them nearly yelling then ask to speak with their manager.
I was called like this, because someone said they were close to me. Asked them who tested positive and gave my name. They wouldn't tell me so I demanded to know how they would know if it was true. The girl said that she would take me off the list.
Wife got the covid. She's fine, btw, bad flu. Anyways, my kid was home from college and I didn't catch him before he answered. We listened together on speaker. Those people are insane. Told him he could only go outside in the yard but had to wear a mask at all times, even inside. He told them no. Good kid, totally MAGA, Trump flag in his dorm room. Tracers finally realized that we weren't going to answer the phone for them after about 10 tries. Losers even called on Thanksgiving day.
