You are not wrong. The core of the country should be staffed by their own talent first, and then outside expertise to bolster the ranks and bring in value. This is not only a problem unique to the USA, any developed country with a solid infrastructure and good quality of living is being flooded.

Americans will have to accept what they are actually worth instead of chasing an inflated paycheck from job to job. The corporate job hiring process is now the problem since they hire based on social credit score instead of skill.
