Unfortunately state laws are not subject to pardons but the guys in NYC were absolutely persecuted. There were no victims who pressed charges to an alleged assault. It's what happens when the media paints people as nazis and racists

Which is strange because everyone in NY loved the guardian angles which was a similar style group that started in the late 70s through the 80s. It makes absolutely no sense other than the anti conservative/white agenda that has been pushed the last few generations.
