If you are 100k in debt due to a home mortgage, that’s good debt. If you are leveraged 100 million because of a failing rental units, that a rich person problem.
Any piece of shit that advocates the "Great Reset" needs to be forced to resign. Or face a firing squad, I dunno.

If I have to make a trip that will determine the entire future of my business, I don't care what the dollar amount is, for me it's 100% of my livelihood.
