The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Last time I opted out they dicked me around. "stand there and wait." then yelled around several times drawing all attention "this person needs a pat down". Nearly 10 minutes later a manager and TSA agents come over to basically interrogate me about why I'm avoiding the machine, etc. like I'm a fucking criminal.
Looks like the public just drew their line in the sand, we are all out of "tolerance"

I've never been through one. It was my line in the sand. Opt out each and every time.
