Any amount of fraud should decertify an election. I don't know how "compromised enough to change outcome" should have ever been tolerated. It's almost impossible to prove.
In Michigan - the dead have voted in every election for a Century....

there is no remedy... Leftist groups call every attempt to CLEAN the Voter Rolls of the Dead and illegal and moved out of state 'VOTER SUPPRESSION' and the courts bow to them INSTANTLY.....
