So essentially we all have to submit fealty 1-4 corporate families and thats it. FCC did this. Each one of those families consumed 100s if not 1000s of near competitors.
FCC did. Their main purpose was to prevent consolidation in Media. They to my knowledge have never stopped any merger of consequence
