The algorithm forced them to do it, or would have started subtracting votes (reporting negative votes for Trump) to fill its ratio. They had to stop the count, scan a shit ton of Biden only ballots, so the ratios would be filled and it wouldn’t go negative in down ballot races.
Simple as that.
That why they printed and scanned them, that’s why the one audit in Georgia was shown have flipped outcomes by changing 1400 votes.

I was watching the results real-time on multiple networks and websites. I was watching Steve Bannon and Alex Jones, and hitting refresh on the NYT "election tracker". Trump was in the lead. Suddenly, ALL of these states were no longer publishing vote counts...AT THE SAME TIME. The results seemed to "pause" at the same time, and I kept hitting refresh, with no new results coming in....that was when I knew that something bad was happening. We all went to bed, and woke up, with Biden "in the lead" by JUST ENOUGH to make EACH state really really close. TRUMP WON, and we all know it!
