Obama has Been running a Shadow government that has control over the DOJ - FBI and CIA - Most of the pentagon has now been purged of bad assets.

pmmeyourproblemsolva 241 points ago +241 / -0

It's not just that, it's that the DOJ - FBI and CIA recruit out of places like Columbia, NYU, Yale, Princeton, Cornel, Harvard, UCLA, they get the fruit of those colleges. When you get the cream of the crop from communist indoctrination training centers, what do you expect?

Government funding of higher education is when we started to actually charge off the rails.

If colleges were forced to run like businesses, only valuable decrees would be offered.

"But muh progress"... Progress comes from business with financial incentives to make it. Just look at Tesla. They would fund the new edgy research oriented fields.

2
learntocode 2 points ago +4 / -2

They dont need to run like businesses. They need exit exams to test for competence and a shift towards more technical and trade education to make people into productive members of society.

2
AnaMerican_1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

They don't give one airborne copulation about testing for skills.

They exist as a purpose unto themselves. The student, with tax-payer provided or their money of their own in hand, is the raw input. The process' intentional output is administration and faculty grossly-inflated compensation (for those at the top of the bureaucratic "academic" cesspool, a cesspool which is comprised by the majority of administrators and "professors" at American university and college campuses). The graduate with their "degree" is the waste by-product of the racketeering machines' grinding operations. Any utility that society derives of the waste by-product is a lucky occurrence, and not one that is the intentional focus of the Educational-Industrial Complex.

If there was justice in America, the largest RICO case in history would be leveled against the "Higher Education" scam committed against the majority of Americans who are run through the mills just to squeeze them of their cash juice and send them on their way with a burdensome debt not equivalent in any manner to the "product" they purchased, or in reality, didn't receive at all for most of them.

The military: "I should investigate these people that are some of the most educated in society. What could go wrong with just me and my high school decree...?"

Criminals: "lmao"

2
AnaMerican_1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

As a bonus:

I always find it interesting that those that pray before the Ivy Alter, as its "alumified" acolytes or the adoring sycophants grabbing for a shred of their robe, or other bits, invest so much admiration in the CIA. The CIA that literally invented modern election fraud and deployed it around the fucking globe.

That cabal has been nothing but an abject train wreck, for America and the world. That black abyss of catastrophe makes the '76 Tampa Bay Fuckaneers look like an organization primed for unrelenting success. It has a corporate-life-long record of destroying American and foreign lives, alike, and failures stacked upon failures that would put any flapjack stack at an IHOP to shame. It has created more Anti-American sentiment around the globe than any other institution in our republic. Yet, the Leftoonies in America raise their voices in adulation, singing from the Hymnal of Langley Glory.

I've known more than a few military people in my days. I've never met a one that shied away from going in to harm's way. I also never met a single one that took any joy in doing it. They all stood ready, but they all hoped for peace. They all also believed in doing everything possible to avoid spilling blood, American or foreign. This is not to say that they welcomed weakness, but quite the opposite. They all believed in Peace Through Strength and that preparing for war and demonstrating your capacity for it was the greatest deterrent to war.

The Langley Goon Squad on the other hand has a thirst for war that is insatiable. One, this is partly due to the fact that very few of their tribe bear the burdens or scars of war, though their Hollywood Mockingbirds will paint a different cinematic tale for you. But, it mostly comes from the age-old aristocratic bloodlust that has been long detailed in our history books. The aristocratic class loves to play games of death with other human's living bodies. Many of these sadistic aristocratic filth have even through the ages watched battle as a pastime. I would contend that the psychopathic CIAristocrats still enjoy this very demonic pastime from their outposts and desk monitors. The Langley Mob has gotten us into almost every quagmire that we've stepped in to as a country since the misfortune of their founding. And, those vaunted Ivy League equestrian farms have been providing the sadistic minds that drive all of this.

You might want to mute your love and admiration for those poison ivy perps at that Virginia-based corporation of death , destruction, mayhem, and murder. It doesn't reflect well upon you.

1
AnaMerican_1776 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ahhh, ProgramNerd, you apparently do not know the difference between a high school degree and a high school decree. Shocking. (HINT: the word "shocking" is deployed as sarcasm.) Also, your sentence should read: "...with just my high school decree [sic] and me...?" (Poor use of an ellipsis, by the way.)

You also are painfully ignorant to the educational background of the commissioned officer corps of the DoD, which is at the top tier of any profession in the country, or Western World for that matter. Take for example my aunt, who has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, two Master of Science degrees in different engineering fields, as well as a PhD, along with some pretty impressive brass on her shoulders. I assure you that you are a mental midget of the smallest order in her presence, as well of most of her fellow officers who I have met. And, it is the commissioned officers that do investigative work.

And, to shed some light on one of your other myriad areas of ignorance, the military doesn't investigate anybody or anything outside of the military unless it is under the purview of a military tribunal, such as the Nuremberg Trials, which are held up across the board as a hallmark of legal excellence.

You should probably stick to places where people who are indoctrinated versus educated spend their time. .win is not your kind of place. People with weak minds like yours could easily get hurt in here.

ProgramNerd 0 points ago +1 / -1 (edited)

I've been shouting nonstop about the Republican Consent Decree on the board so people know that Trump has been on top of election fraud since 2018 with his order. After 20 or so comments over the week to raise awareness, I made a spelling error. One that sneaks by my spelling checker as it, indeed, a real word.

But you've based your entire position on a spelling error. It can't get much flimsier. You're REEE'ing harder than a leftist with your "but not all the military is in it just for their free college degrees." At least you're right about the harmfulness of the government agencies.

The military spends so much time jacking themselves off, but who was that uncovered global corruption? Who actually got the mass populace to start caring? It wasn't your Langley Echo Chamber, most interested in collecting their permanent government pensions. Pensions they steal from us through an unconstitutional income tax.

Go fuck yourself (with our money of course) then keep telling us about how lucky we are to have your military industrial complex forcing us into wars and stealing our paychecks.

Together with his testimonial, shiva is launching bombs too big to ignore. There are several very easy ways to solve these questions:

  1. chain of custody.
  2. forensic audit of the machines
  3. signature and voter canvassing/audit.

When none of these have been implemented, and we get only the most basic of recounts, it does not solve anything. It only muddies the waters.

45
minotaurbeach 45 points ago +45 / -0

Why are non-citizens working in our post office? I am a US Citizen, and I can't get a job at the post office, but someone applying for citizen ship, here less than 2 years-is 'placed' there? chain of custody

From poll worker training, they say that breaching just this is enough to void all of the votes from that polling location. So what leg do these cities have to stand on? Chain of custody violation WAS widespread and all votes should be thrown out.

Which leads to this question: If the evidence we have now isn't enough to prove fraud and throw out results, then what is? The current evidence is OVERWHELMING.

Shiva is the real deal. I heard Crowder dissed him. I don't think Crowder does math.

11
MAGAA2020 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yeah, one problem is that some statistician critiqued Shiva's work, and then everyone took that to mean Shiva must be wrong even though he went over said criticism.

That's a major problem with the statistics/algorithm stuff: it's too high level for laypeople to understand (myself included) that it's hard for anyone to believe its veracity or its illegitimacy. I wish there could be some neutral panel of experts to dissect it. Unfortunately, the arena can be as compromised or political as the science and medical fields.

3
CovefefeREEEE 3 points ago +3 / -0

It is not too hard to understand, if explained simply. Shiva could have done better in his video keeping it simple. For example: "Common sense tells you that if you vote straight party Republican, you are going to vote for Trump. But that is not what the data says. In fact, it says that the more people vote Republican, the less they vote for Trump. You don't have to have a Phd from MIT to understand this makes no sense."

3
MAGAA2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

Shiva did a decent job keeping it simple. I posted a video from Edward Solomon who cracked the voting algorithm, though, and it straight up went over my head:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pVAKm8JqvU&feature=emb_logo

Some "statistician" could counter this was straight up bullshit but use fancy words and I wouldn't be able to tell who was right.

3
dominion-bot 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think a lot of people have trouble simplifying things down to a layman level, and it adds to communication issues I've seen in these hearings. I this Shiva was talking at the AZ hearing I was screaming at my TV, just say "X"! But I guess in the moment they can't figure out how to ELI5.

I can’t figure out the Trump-Barr relationship. Trump doesn’t seem like the kind of guy to just let something come down the wire and hope Barr doesn’t stab him in the back last second. If Trump doesn’t trust Barr, or is iffy about him could he not demand a special counsel to investigate the election? Idk, I just hope Trump isn’t be taken for a ride and is unaware of it.

5
Jimmy33 5 points ago +5 / -0

It's not just Barr. I'd say it's the entire DOJ. Like the FBI and CIA. They've been recruiting rotten apples for a long time. Better for Trump to start a new department, like he has with Special Ops. Start clean.

2
Whirlybot 2 points ago +2 / -0

To be fair, the DOJ is supposed to operate independently of the WH, so Barr may not be as forthcoming to DJT as some of the other cabinet staff would be. That said, Trump either is getting reports from someone else that Barr is on board or Trump is assuming that Barr is doing what would be the 'right' thing. Hope he's not wrong.

The Durham as SC is an excellent sign in my mind.

4
Cyphr 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's a puzzler... but I think it is less important if President Trump just assumes Barr is worthless and depends on the military to do all the heavy lifting. If you follow the evidence in the various court cases, you quickly notice that most of it comes from various M.I. units such as the 305th ...

4
4moreyears [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Seems like Barr was a stalemate of sorts between Trump and the Deep State: He will shut down the Mueller investigation immediately (which he did - win for Trump) but then do fuckall else ever again (also has happened - win for the DS).

Hopefully I'm wrong but thats what his actions suggest to me.

Obama’s focus was on corrupting the DOJ, CIA, and FBI, however his mistake was not focusing on the Courts.

Our Law and Order President, President Trump, our his efforts into appointing Conservative, Constitutionalists on the courts while doing what he could to remove the Traitors in the Alphabet Swamp.

The next 6 1/2 weeks is the battle between those two sides - and ultimately the hard swing direction of our country for not just the next 4 years, but for generations.

4
ChilledCovfefe 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nice to see the focus swinging to more concrete fraud items like this, away from the statistical analysis. The stats are great for correlating fraud with an incident, like the Georgia suitcase video, the stats match that time window perfectly.

Without that video, its just some stats and people on the other side can say any number of things to shoot those down. They are also very complex and hard to explain. We need sound bite or meme like evidence like the video to focus on!

4
Vla1ne 4 points ago +4 / -0

Honestly, there is just too much to focus on at once. The suitcase video moved multiple people to action, and rhis is equally important, but there are just that many angles.

Just about all 50 states have fuckery on a dozen levels, hell new mexico, of their own accord stepped back into the stage after that video dropped. Shit is changing fast, and even this many autists can't compile fast enougb.

Destroyed evidence

= Spoiled election

= Uncertifiable

= No majority in Electoral College

= House of Representatives

I disagree.

1.) Signature validation

2.) Chain of custody

3.) Adversarial ballot counting

Those three alone are writtwn into law AND can invalidate many potentially fraudulent ballots and thereby cancel the outcome of an election.

The modern novelty of digitzed ballots can lend credence to statistical or other (e.g. multi-count of single ballots) irregularities via Python scripts, etc. However, this requires trust in potentially compromised parties to fully and accurately relase all digitzed ballots - who would trust a crook with that task?

It is a great addition to the arsenal of truth seeking, but I would not put it in the top three.

it's like.... every single law on the books is a "maybe." as in, if they feel like taking you down, maybe they will decide to enforce a law on you. if it's not convenient for them to enforce it, maybe they won't. laws have just become fire extinguishers they can invoke when needed but leave stuffed in a box in the corner the rest of the time.

If you ask me, why should Ballot Images be destroyed or have a limited retention period at all?

Data storage is so cheap nowadays.

Fucking pornsites store tons of degeneracy and governments cannot keep ballot images stored forever? Surely, even ballot images have historical value of some sorts.

I believe there are also laws / provisions for chain of custody of ballots. Those seem to be ignored everywhere. Edit to add: Seems to be some other good comments below about this issue.

We can hope the answer to number 3 is because military tribunals are standing by and ready to try these criminal for treason and sedition. No civilian court antics, just trials and sentences carried out. Reason is punishable by death. Firing squads are back on the table!

Yeah, that is also what I am hoping for as well. I think the evidence should be preserved, but sworn confessions from all the people currently spending time down in The Spa are even better.

Shiva doesnt seem very reliable.

all records and papers which come into his possession relating to any application, registration, payment of poll tax, or other act requisite to voting in such election

That law doesn’t seem to be talking about the ballots themselves, just paperwork required to cast a ballot.... which is a fucked up and suspicious law.

But the other questions are completely legit. Destruction of evidence is a crime in and of itself.

When ballots go through Dominion’s digital adjudication, they're stamped with an AuditMark showing the history of changes made to the ballot.

I can answer why Barr hasn’t yet cause it’s not criminal until it’s certified we’re still in the stages of this being civil !

Dr Shiva actually alleges in his affidavit that the machines were purposefully set to not record ballot images and that the machines were also set to not reject any ballots that the machine would normally reject.(Which is probably why they set the machines to not record the ballots) So I suspect there were no ballot images destroyed, they were never recorded to begin with, and Dr. Shiva knows that too, it is kind of a double edged sword. You either cheated to begin with or you cheated afterwards in regard to the ballots

You know what? I started reading his lawsuit. While reading it, I realized I wasn't thinking of that image recording part correctly. I'd say that he absolutely can cite that law using the following logic:

The machine creates an image file whether you decide to record it or not. By disabling the recording feature of the machine, the image file that the machine creates is lost, therefore, the MA SoS deliberately broke law 52 USC 20701. But Dr Shiva is not a prosecutor and Bill Barr is f'n useless.

The settings of the voting machine for rejecting/accepting ballots doesn't fall under that law, it is not in his lawsuit, nor could I find it in the affidavit. He definitely identifies that more votes were recorded then voters. The affidavit is mostly about weighted elections and his lawsuit for 1.2 billion is 100% about being deprived of constitutionally protected rights - all good stuff. The spokesperson for the Secretary contacted Twitter and well, Twitter did what it has done to lots of people. Because of that, he lost the use of Twitter during the 14 days prior to Nov 3. He still was running a write-in campaign and that effort was negatively impacted by this.

BTW, my prior post that you responded to: it's gone... so nobody can see what you responded to. That post is lost to the electronic ether - just like the image files that Massachusetts voting machines create - destroyed!

Hey, thanks for the link! It does say that, but that particular affidavit is not from Dr Shiva who lives in MA, it's the Declaration of Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia who lives in California. Wrong coast, wrong state, wrong guy - but you got me thinking correctly, so it's all good. 😎

Fantastic questions. I've been asking about ballot images for weeks. If they're running batches through multiple times,
