Lin Wood isn't a criminal defense attorney and never pretended to be, nor did he ever say he would be Kyle's lawyer. He called other lawyers to get the ball rolling.
He failed at preventing extradition. He failed at getting the charges dropped. He failed at getting a reasonable bail. He didn't even help with the bail, afaik, other people did.
