Based on how the algorithm works this had to be done in the cloud, on the Dominion/ES&S server level or Scytl/Clarity server level in real time or by man in the middle attack approach. Maybe the server seized in Frankfurt will also validate and prove or has already proven and just not communicated yet that this was the algorithm used. Maybe they are waiting with disclosing some of this or using it in courts - especially at SCOTUS - until all the states have certified, to bring more people to jail, not sure.
The thing is, once you have reverse engineered the algorithm, now he can give this to Mathematicians, who swear in a court of law that a Wheel was used to slide votes from Trump to Biden. It's not debatable. The hard part was catching thus algorithm in only a few weeks, most Mathematicians aren't going to spend the time it takes to find it, and those Pede has stated he just got lucky to find it, he said it must have been divinely given to him by God, who could come up with 2031 ? LOL.
Thus, the hard job is over, he reverse-engineered the mathematics, now any great math professor can attest to this being an algorithm. Thus, we now know why these cowards don't want anyone looking at their machines.

Either way, anywhere with paper ballots will have to match up to the algorithm. What that means is that we know exactly where the incorrect counts and/or fraudulent votes will be. You can do a limited, targeted audit and make it look even more widespread than it is, which is already shown to be more than large enough to be consequential to the race.

For those that don't want to watch, he shows evidence in spreadsheet format of the exact same ratio of votes for Trump/Total over multiple voting precincts in GA in consecutive timestamped vote total updates. Impossible. He says the precincts were seized and the exact ratio is used for every update reported until they achieve the total number of Biden votes that they need, then the precinct is "released". He also shows where one precinct is released and another immediately seized - of course using the exact same ratio of Trump votes to total. Crazy what he was able to accomplish. Serious skills.

Yeah this algorithm is extremely sophisticated. It's not just taking vote totals and spitting out a uniform number across the board. It is running around random precincts and manipulating that precincts totals for short periods of time to gradually alter the statewide percentage for Trump. This makes it extremely difficult to detect unless you are a freaking insane person like this guy is and you go and look at all like 800,000 individual precinct updates across Atlanta for the whole election and match up identical ratios of votes.
When Powell refers to Trump having broken the algorithm, what I believe she means is not that this actually system broke, but that Trump actually received a far higher percentage of the vote than they anticipated and because of this they let too many non-"seized" votes get counted. To the point that they knew there were not enough outstanding votes left to be counted to make up the difference via "seizing" and thus, additional completely fake ballots needed to be injected into the system. This is where the physical ballot stuffing came into play and the massive ~98% Biden vote dumps show up in the data.
The explanation for why they needed to stop counting in the early hours of the morning is that they needed to actually go in and reset the "wheel" (as explained in the video) so that it would start manipulating the votes at an even more favorable Biden ratio to overcome the extraordinary leads around the country they had mistakenly let Trump achieve. This would be especially sweet because they would once again have shot themselves in the foot because they underestimate Trump and the Patriots who showed up to vote for him.

If all voters had a PhD in an unnamed stem field such as you claim to have, your critique might be more meaningful. Since there are, statistically speaking, a greater number of common men to persuade than holders of PhDs, the simulation more than adequate.

He was on a bit of a bender. His claims are valid. I don't know how threatened he would be if it is only vengeance at this point. The info is public now. We know where to look and what we will find because of this. He lays out the method to apply it elsewhere as well. It's possible that it was already discovered through other means, like looking at the code, but this shows that the code was actually used and how and where and to what degree. It better be in court.
Same, I couldn't stand to watch the full several hours of rambling, but what I did see was... underwhelming and embarrassing. I think there is an algorithm that's switching votes, but not like this. He sounds like someone trying to fit his own arbitrary algorithm to some interesting data points. Saying that he "reverse engineered" anything is just misleading.
I feel like amplifying this guy could backfire and end up discrediting legitimate data analyses. There is way stronger statistical evidence of interference, this (from what I've seen) is just theorizing from the mind of someone who doesn't appear to have any particular expertise so much as a lot of time and tunnel vision. Very sketchy, and the ms-paint and star-craft "simulation" isn't lending him any credibility.
The last thing we want is to invite someone to represent our side who makes his case like someone who looks for coded messages from the future on his cereal boxes.

The ratio he talks about is Trump to total votes. If I understand it correctly, he's saying that the algo puts a hard cap on Trump's votes received, with a minimum needed to give to Biden. There's also a remainder "bucket" from the total votes that are randomly given to either JoJ/third party or Biden. Some believe this is a reason why Jo got as many votes as she did.
The ratio is the number of Trump votes to the number of Total Votes.
He explains in detail in the longer video why Trump must have a set ratio targeted (and not Biden) -- it has to do with allowing enough leeway for Jorgensen votes to be used.
The ratios remain consistent for a period of time, but are applied to different precincts. There are a number of different ratios that, taken together, add up the overall target ratio needed to flip the Total Vote to Biden.
Better re-think "federal protective custody".

I think in the states where the counting stopped, it was just for Trump simply because they couldn't take the time to come up with ballots with the downvote filled out.

The music is playing automatically from the "simulation" software, a video game called Starcraft which he is able to control. He should have muted it but he's likely spent so many hours doing this sort of thing for other simulations he didn't even notice it.
