What happened to "Disorderly Conduct" and "Disturbing the Peace" violations during the ANTIFABLM riots. I didn't hear those words mentioned not ONE DAMN TIME!

Time to start referring to the Aberdeen PD in the past tense.

This reads like it was written by the black guy (with 14 kids, yes. Really. 14 kids) that I work with.

That's a good fucking question! I'll ask him next time I see him. But I should probably ask the 9 different baby mamma's.... yes, 9 different baby mamma's

Lets see if the Aberdeen people sit back or stand up. My guess, they will stand up based on the comments on the facebook post. I predict many large gatherings coming!!!

Good way for a citizen to make money! Create a gathering over the limit. Get fined jailed etc. Go to court higher and higher till you win. Based on your 1st amendment right to peaceably assemble. The First Amendment prohibits government from abridging “the right of the people peaceably to assemble.” This basic freedom ensures that the spirit of the First Amendment survives and thrives even when the majority of citizens would rather suppress expression it finds offensive.

You cant lose that case. And then sue the shit out of them. Or class action.
