The reference that the answer is “no” is the circuit court saying the case needs to play out in the district court because they have no jurisdiction. So I guess the district court has it again and we wait on their assessment

Fuck. I thought 11th circuit court had some based peers. A clerk from the 11th actually showed up at the hearing in GA and shut down that one insufferable liberal girl.
