Destruction of documents is proof of fraud.

In fairness, wouldn’t all these court rulings actually support your claim against the IRS, as they are all federal rulings?

4
tremendous_trump2020 4 points ago +4 / -0

No, because there are several lawsuits by different parties and they all have different claims and are asking for different forms of relief. And they are all still in the appeals courts, none of them have been resolved or final. Besides, the rulings have not really been based on the merits of the cases so far, mostly the denials are for things such as jurisdiction, timing, standing, or other technical aspects rather than whether or not fraud occured. In fact, some of the judges have even said as much.

If they brought the claim earlier, then the "courts" would dismiss because of latches. If they bring the claims now, they are moot, like what just happened to Lin Wood's appeal.

In a normal world, when one side destroys evidence, a court is required to have a presumption that the evidence would support the opposing parties contentions.

In a normal world. Right now, the court system is so corrupt that most of these "courts" are doing everything in their power to stop discovery. The only thing needed, normally, to reach discovery is a non-frivolous claim under the law. Not even evidence, just a non-frivolous claim.

Judges have a cushy job with so much power, and are untouchable by the law unless they do something super egregious, like literally standing in a voting booth and voting over and over again to stuff the ballot box digitally.

And yet it happens all the fucking time. What do they have on these judges to make them do their bidding? Or are they so ideologically in lockstep with the communists that they just instinctively know to help the fraud? Is there a quid pro quo?

We gotta dig into their finances.

Keeping it classy - Dominion announces that your private information is not encrypted. These a**holes need to hang.

Dude, the votes on those USB drives are just text files you can edit with Notepad. It's really not much more complicated than Trump: 520, Biden: 170. Open the file, change Trump: 170, Biden: 520, save and voilla.

What did you expect?

2
tremendous_trump2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

They are images of the actual ballots, not vote tallies. The ballots don't have voter names or any other identifying info on them though, just the votes.

2
Mozart_K231 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well, I’d expect them to add an extra “0” to the Biden info...

I think Dr. Shiva has a pretty good shot if he chooses to run for MA Senate again. The world is watching.

100% Proof of widespread FRUAD if they destroy any paper document and delete any digital data or document! 100% PROOF!!!!!!!

Why do any of that if you have nothing to hide or coverup!!!!!

Every State in the USA Blow Up the phones of your State Legislatures and Senate 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Go protest at all their Offices and their homes 24/7 everyday!

You must do it now!!!!!!

“The images are not encrypted and are publicly available,” Coomer ejaculated to the packed conference room.

Coomer’s enthusiasm for fraud was immeasurable. The more excited he got the more frequent the damning ejaculations.

But for all his enthusiasm, he couldn’t handle even the slightest criticism. When questioned, “who was really in control,” he responded angrily, “Dominion is in control!” It was his final ejaculation of the evening. His heavy breathing slowed and he sat down, sweaty, exhausted, and sighing pathetically.

For one thing, scanned images of the ballot papers would reveal that large blocks of ballots were scanned multiple times. Hand marked ballots should all be different. There will also be imperfections in the paper, printing, dirt spots etc, that should all be unique. But with repeated scanning, will be detectable as duplicates. Also, aren't there unique serial numbers on each ballot paper?

We KNOW the dems were repeat-scanning blocks of ballots. They are seen doing it on video.

They want to win at all costs, and no longer care about the optics. Expect all dirty tricks you can think of to be used.

Tiff images have so much metadata. They have to delete them or it would be instant jail.

1
TerraHertz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, like time of creation - thousands created when counting was supposed to be shut down. Or perhaps before counting even started. Or long after... So difficult to explain, better just delete them.

Executions by firing squad.

Who cares about the images. They only show the fake ballots they ran through after the steal! It will make no difference to see them. This is a another headfake.

1
defnotarobit 1 point ago +1 / -0

run a duplicate checker on them. Get their date/time stamps. See if they come up on a regular pattern on a particular scanner.

tremendous_trump2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

It makes a HUGE difference to see the ballot images. There are several witnesses who said there were batches of ballets that appeared to be printed copies with the perfectly filled in ovals that looked exactly the same and had no folds in them, all for Biden and no downballot votes. Plus we would easily be able to see the votes and I'm positive people would count them. On top of that, for duplicated/adjuticated ballots, the image contains the original ballot and the new ballot so we can see whether they match. HUGE!

§20701. Retention and preservation of records and papers by officers of elections; deposit with custodian; penalty for violation Every officer of election shall retain and preserve, for a period of twenty-two months from the date of any general, special, or primary election of which candidates for the office of President, Vice President, presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, or Resident Commissioner from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are voted for, all records and papers which come into his possession relating to any application, registration, payment of poll tax, or other act requisite to voting in such election, except that, when required by law, such records and papers may be delivered to another officer of election and except that, if a State or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico designates a custodian to retain and preserve these records and papers at a specified place, then such records and papers may be deposited with such custodian, and the duty to retain and preserve any record or paper so deposited shall devolve upon such custodian. Any officer of election or custodian who willfully fails to comply with this section shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

( Pub. L. 86–449, title III, §301, May 6, 1960, 74 Stat. 88 .)

...shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

That's the important part. Compared to what they would be facing for seditiously undermining a federal election, they could do that standing on their head. They couldn't get better odds in Vegas. With a pithy punishment as such, it's almost an incentive to actually destroy records. It's fucked up.

3
raticy 3 points ago +3 / -0

Unless the penalty was applied per record destroyed, as would be just. Fat chance of that though.

2
Dirk_Diggler 2 points ago +2 / -0

I mean they could, but all sentences would probably just run concurrently. So not net gain there.

concealedaces 1 point ago +1 / -0

Aren't they supposed to be on record for something like 22 months after the election

The manual (which I have) makes this clear as well.

The TIFF format also makes sense, since the values for a TIFF image allow for cool uses in programming. It's probably how the IMAGE CAST software detects what ballot selections are made.
