One part of his story sticks out to me. He says five Delta Force were killed but only one paramilitary from the CIA who was flown in from Afghanistan died. How did they secure the servers if the CIA had enough firepower to kill five super elite troops? All they had to do was kill one guy and they just let them take the servers? Doesn't make sense.

If Trump does these actions he suspends the constitution and effectively nullifies it with a military coup. Maybe it will have to come to that if the system is so broken that the fundamental right to vote has been obliterated. But let's not kid ourselves that such an act is constitutional.

That letter simply uses Lincoln as an argument of precedence. But Lincolns actions weren't Constitutional. The nation was broken at the time so an argument can be made that the Constitution was effectively moot at that point.
It may well be again if the full constitutional options are exhausted and the system fails to reverse what is obviously a massive criminal enterprise of election fraud. But until those options are exhausted, taking such extralegal measures are very premature.
And once that genie is out of the bottle, it's hard to get it back in, as Lincoln himself eventually found out.
