My family is filled with Christians including myself, and all of them have Christian beliefs including myself. They hate abortion, but they don't investigate political things. I was in the car with my dad and grandma, and my grandma somehow ended up asking me why I was supporting Loeffler and Perdue over Warnock and Ossof. I put it in basic terms since they are normies. I told her that Warnock and Ossof support abortion. Both my grandma and dad were like at the same thing: "BUT HE'S A PASTOR!!!" They basically just assumed because he was a pastor that he was against abortion. I let them know that he is a Dem (so obviously), AND he supports abortion out of his own mouth. They were shocked!

People just assume things based on their preconceived notions. They don't investigate. Ignorance is bliss as they say.

What is amazing is if you try to educate them they get really angry. They will do anything to keep believing the lies and live in their make believe world.

the next day they cry "DEBOOOOONKED" based on poor research. But this is life. You have to continue to educate them, just like that professor did educate the GA state legislature in the Senate hearing.

People don't like being told they're wrong. Even if they can see it for themselves. You have to give honest info and let them come to their own conclusions.
