Rudy stated, or at least implied, that the boxes were hidden under the table only to be revealed when everyone (observers and media) had left the room.
In fact, those boxes can be seen being put UNDER that table just a few minutes after 10:00 p.m. while observers and media were still present.
That does NOT mean that these boxes were legitimate ballots. It could be that the put them under the table because they thought they WOULD be going home and they did not want those particular boxes to be seen by anyone who might be in the space in the middle of the night. I do not know.
And, it DOES clearly look as if the woman in purple scans the same stack multiple times.
BUT, it is now clear that the boxes under the table WERE in view up until about 10:01 p.m. and that they were moved under the table while observers and press were still present.
I hadn’t seen that that they had been in view at 10. Why would they be put under the table? I agree she looks like she scanned the same ballots several times.
A local Atlanta TV station showed the video and the time stamp. It was clear as day. I hated that this element of the argument has fallen.
That is why I keep harping on the ABSOLUTE need to present and AIRTIGHT case. The media is not going to treat conservatives fairly. If the conservative argument is 98% unassailable facts and 2% mistaken assumptions, the news coverage WILL BE 100% about the mistaken 2%.

Actually I would say he is. He heads up one of the main fact checking sites that is used by Facebook and others to censor content.
