It seems to me that some of us are forgetting this order of prioritization. I know it’s tempting to appease the liberal family members by not speaking up when they spew their ignorance. As CS Lewis said in The Screwtape Letters, “He will be silent when he ought to speak and laugh when he ought to be silent”. The time has passed for silence. The time has passed for condoning laughter.
